Shipping
Products are shipped out within 7 days from the date you place your order. Shipping is free anywhere within the United States on any products purchased.
Delivery
Considering the product is in stock normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date you placed your order.
Cancellations and Returns
If you cancel your order within 48 hours no service fees will apply. However, after 48 hours a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your order if the product has been shipped. Restocking fees are applied because we offer free shipping on all our products.
Exchanges
If after receiving your product you decide to exchange it, a 20% exchange fee will be applied plus you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the product.
Damaged Product
If in the event you receive your product and it is damaged you may return the product without incurring any fees whatsoever. You will be credited any shipping charges paid out for the exchange of the product. |
